Fidelity recently arranged permanent financing of $134,000,000 on this 637-room resort located in Fort Lauderdale, FL.  Situated on a 16-acre oceanfront site, the hotel offers guests unobstructed views and over 1,100 feet of private beachfront.  Amenities for this resort hotel include four restaurants, two lounges, two pools, a sport and fitness center, an 18,000 square foot full-service spa, and approximately 30,000 square foot of meeting space.

The financing was arranged on behalf of Lauderdale Beach Associates, the owning partnership that includes Host Hotels & Resorts.  The permanent loan replaced the existing indebtedness on the property and was placed with a major U.S. life insurance company.
