Emory Crawford Long

First Fidelity Mortgage Corporation arranged and closed permanent financing for The Emory Crawford Long Medical Office Building.  This 14-story, 357,782 square foot building, is built upon the air rights of a six-story expansion to the hospital.  This redevelopment has consolidated offices that were previously located in seven older buildings. 

The project was completed in February 2002 and is a 50/50 joint venture between Emory University and Cousins Properties Incorporated.  The loan was placed with a major U.S. insurance company.
