First Fidelity placed financing for the Marriott Crystal Gateway, located in Crystal City (Arlington), Virginia, on behalf of Ashford Hospitality Trust (NYSE:AHT). The recently renovated 697-room Marriott Crystal Gateway is an 18-story hotel, adjacent to Ronald Reagan National Airport, providing five meeting rooms with over 33,000 square feet of total meeting space. In addition, the hotel offers several retail and restaurant options as well as guest amenities including indoor/outdoor heated pools, fitness center, business center, concierge lounge, a 600-space parking garage and direct access to the Metro rail line.
