One Glenlake is a 351,323 square foot 14-story Class A office building located in the Central Perimeter sub-market of Atlanta. The property was completed in January 2003 and includes a seven-level parking deck with 1,150 spaces. First Fidelity initially represented The St. Joe Company in the sale of this six-acre site. First Fidelity subsequently represented an entity managed by Pope & Land Enterprises, Inc. in arranging the majority of the equity from a private investor as well as the construction financing from a regional bank.
