First Fidelity is often engaged to provide advisory services that may include feasibility analysis, transaction structure consulting, lease negotiation or structuring, management or joint venture agreements, site selection and evaluation, and other services on behalf of our clients. For the hospitality sector, First Fidelity has been engaged to identify and negotiate with operating partners and/or hotel brands for both new developments and existing assets. Advisory assignments are often in conjunction with an engagement for the placement of capital or an investment sale.
