Florida Golf Courses

First Fidelity arranged financing for a pool of nine Florida golf courses. Of the nine courses, seven are located on the West Coast and two on the East Coast; two are private, three are semi-private (public access) and four are public facilities. Six of the courses were designed or renovated by “name architects”, including Tom Fazio, Arnold Palmer, Gary Player, Gary Koch, Joe Lee, and Ron Garl.
