First Fidelity arranged financing of the 22 story, 468,500 square foot landmark office tower with an unusual open arched roof Located in the Buckhead district of Atlanta at the corner of Lenox and Peachtree Roads. Given that Buckhead is the financial center of both Atlanta and the Southeast, many of the buildings tenants are in the financial sector.
