First Fidelity arranged the capitalization for the two office towers located at the intersection of I-285 and GA 400 in the Perimeter Center area of Atlanta. The towers sit amongst several low-rise buildings, a 372-room hotel, and health club surrounding a man-made lake. Concourse V, known as the King building due to its unique squared top, consists of 687,107 square feet in 32-stories with a nine-level parking deck of 1,854 spaces. Concourse VI, known as the Queen building due to its top rounded arcs, is a 33-story office tower with 697,000 square feet and a nine-level parking deck with 1,929 spaces.
