Riverside on the James

First Fidelity arranged financing for the Riverside on the James located in the historic canal district of Richmond, Virginia. The project was the largest mixed-use development on Richmond’s riverfront and includes 230,000 square feet of office space, 122 luxury condominiums, 70,000 square feet of entertainment/retail space and an 800-car parking deck.
